The following rates are not regulated by law, and each California Notary Public sets their own fees for these services:

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday	$15.00
6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. All day Saturday	$25.00
9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. All day Sunday Holidays All Jail visits	$75.00
